Whether we like it or not, Twitter is now part of our working lives. As is being demonstrated by the current “celebrity injunctions” row, it is highly invasive and therefore a powerful marketing tool, but at the same time that doesn’t mean that small businesses should become obsessed by it!! It is merely another option within the marketing umbrella. It can become a time consuming distraction, if you allow it to become so.
